Product Return Policy

If for any reason you need to return a product, simply contact our Customer Service Department at (517) 338-3175 for instructions and a return RMA#. Please include your invoice number and unused product in its original container. Battery operated products must be returned in “new” condition in their factory packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return products.
