Washable Fabric - Treatment Instructions
Great news for washable fabrics! With Nature’s Secret Weapon, even the strongest cat urine smells are easily removed using any top loading washing machine. It’s the answer to how to get rid of cat urine smell from any washable fabric. It also eliminates strong mildew odors from towels, deodorizes baby diapers, sweaty workout clothes and more. Here’s how easy it is:

1. Place washable items in a top loading washing machine
2. Add enough cold or warm water to just cover your items
3. Add 4 to 6oz. of Ultra Concentrate. Shake bottle well before adding to disperse microbes
4. With lid open, let load agitate for several minutes. Do not allow to continue in a wash cycle
5. Let load soak overnight or for 8 hours re-agitating once or twice to distribute microbes in load
6. After treatment, run load through rest of a normal wash and spin cycles. Do not add detergent
7. When above cycles have completed, wash load with detergent through a normal wash cycle

  If possible, remove as much urine as possible by blotting up with paper towels. Inspect your cat’s bedding at night with our LED UV stain light prior to treatment. After locating all cat stains, you can pre-treat by spraying with a 1:2 solution (1 part concentrate to 2 parts water) of Nature’s Secret Weapon Ultra Concentrate. Reapply with solution to keep fabric wet for 8 hours before washing machine treatment described above.

• How to Remove Cat Urine from a Mattress
  The difficulty in treating mattresses is due to cat urine penetration into the mattress padding or stuffing. This is very similar to the problem in treating furniture cushions for cat urine. Treat by spraying with a 1:2 solution (1 part concentrate to 2 parts water) of Nature’s Secret Weapon Ultra Concentrate to the stain area. If you believe cat urine has penetrated into your mattress, use a syringe (available at drug stores), and inject some solution deeper into the padding. Reapply with solution to keep fabric moist (but not too wet) for 8 hours. Thoroughly dry mattress with a hair dryer after treatment.  Reapply if necessary.
